Can I cancel my order?
Costasstore.gr gives you the opportunity if you cancel or modify your order at no cost if it has not been delivered to the carrier. If the shipment is gone from us then you will be charged the amount of 5 euros. Is there a refund?
Yes you get a refund. However, we note that no refund will be made for any product used and you also do not refund any shipping costs given for the delivery of the product to the customer. If the packaging has been altered in any way, you will be charged the amount of 20 euros. Refunds are made by deposit in your personal bank account within (15) fifteen days.
Upon request for a refund, the responsibility for the return of the product as well as shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
